Thank you for choosing FLIVIO OU (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application (the “App”), published worldwide on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and similar laws, FLIVIO OU is the “data controller”.
2. What Data We Collect & Why
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the App:

We do not collect your name, e-mail address, precise location or advertising IDs, and we do not send marketing messages.
Submitted videos are processed transiently to generate insights and are not stored on our servers. Analysis summaries stay only on your device so you can revisit your improvement history.
3. How We Obtain Data
- Provided by you through on-boarding questions or in-app actions.
- Video uploads that you choose to analyze; these are streamed to the AI model, processed, and discarded after the session.
- Automatically collected by integrated SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Adapty).
- Generated by the App. An anonymous identifier is stored on the device; uninstalling the App removes it and a new one is created if you reinstall.

These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that meet GDPR standards.
5. Data Storage & Retention
- Firestore records (on-boarding answers, progress): kept until you request deletion.
- Analytics & crash logs: retained for up to 14 months (default Firebase setting) unless shorter retention is required by law.
- Purchase receipts: retained for the duration of your subscription and for accounting purposes.
- Video submissions: processed in memory only. We do not persist the video itself, and the AI-generated analysis remains solely on your device unless you manually export it.
- Deletion on request: Email support@flivio.org and we will erase or anonymise your data within 30 days unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards recognised by the EU/UK to protect such transfers.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on Firebase projects. Although no system is 100 % secure, we work continually to protect your information.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent (e.g., push notifications) at any time via device settings.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@flivio.org. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
10. In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment details—only a receipt token and product ID. Refunds are handled under the respective store policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
